My organization has a very robust training/developmemnt program for our internal HR professionals. Our EVP would like to launch HR learning forums where different specialized areas of HR (benefits, call center, learning and development) share the "operations" of their department. Looking for other companies who have done this to gain some advice on the structure, logistics and marketing of such a forum.
