I am tasked with putting together a disaster preparedness curriculum for our employees. It will be an instructor led session. We want to focus on the organization and less on how they get prepared at home, etc. (we have passed this info on regularly to them). Anyone done this? Thank you for any tips you may have to offer!

I think your starting point should be to gather all the rules, policies and regulations you have in place. If you have a set procedure in place and it is just a case of communicating this to your employees then this makes life simpler. Of course if there is nothing in place you will either need to bring the key stakeholders together to develop this or identify who should.

Once you have a clear idea of what it is you need to get across, you can begin to develop training. The horse should come before the cart in this case.
