I am new to this discussion board and joined to ask the following question. Is there a listing of Massachusetts companies with training departments? If not, is there a way to find out which companies have training departments?

I have a MA in Communication and experience teaching and training. I'd like enter the training field by contacting companies directly about entry level positions in their training departments. My challenge has been that I don't know how to identify said companies.

A job search class would probably be a better idea than using this forum to do your job search research.
