Hello, I am an undergraduate student who is doing her final project on trends in the field of organizational training and education.
A part of this project involves reading through the leading online and offline sources in the field and related ones such as knowledge management, performance management and more. These sources can be blogs, online magazines, professional sites or communities such as this one.

I would appreciate it if you could mention the sources you visit as part of your professional habits – I think it will be also interesting for you to share and read other's.
Please separate between Main Sources you visit often (daily/ weekly/ RSS) and Other Sources (visited sporadically).

I would be pleased to publish here a link to the project when it will be completed.
Thank you for your time,
Sarit Hayat

I visit TrainingZone for an insight into current thinking in training and development. It's particularly useful as I am based in the UK, but it still provides a broad spectrum of information.
