Hello Everyone,

We are looking at using Paradigm Learning's simulation board game Zodiac or their Impact 5 program. Has anyone used either of these and how were they received? Were they helpful?

We are looking at incorporating them into our new Management Development program next year.

Thank you.

These games are as helpful as you all make them. In other words, it's all in the way they are framed, used and debriefed. I usually recommend anything that brings a level of enjoyment and a focus on learner action and interaction (rather than death by powerpoint or over-abundant role plays, for example).

Yes, they are well received at International Paper and they are effective. The number one deliverable, it eliminates the fear of finance and it allows people to gain and take ownership of their account or project that they’re working on.
