It seems it is that time of year where companies are requesting a formal training planning. I love the idea of posting the guide for all to review, if that is not an option however, i would also like a copy if possible.

Can you send me a copy of the training plan as well? I've created a detailed training rollout plan, needs assessment, and schedule if anyone is interested. Does anyone have a "How to" on creating a Certification program?

I, too, have been charged with putting together a company wide training plan - specifically for technical and skilled technical staff. Any and all examples are appreciated!
