I'm looking for web-based software to schedule 4 online training appointments a day with 7 different software trainers. Anyone look at this kind of software?

The ones I come across are created for golf-pros or hair salons.

I'm not sure I understand fully what you want, but have you investigated the vendor you'll be using for the online training, if it's a webinar?

For instance, I've used LiveMeeting and it had an interface I could use to schedule multiple sessions as far in advance as a year, and as many as I wanted. I could set up an auto-email from the system or email myself with the info and send out the invitation in a little nicer message. After the webinar, it could give me participant rosters and quiz results. I know that other vendors such as WebEx and GoToMeeting have similar features.

There are quite a few training management systems that allow for what you are looking for. Intelex technologies Inc. develops training managment software that allows you to schedule, track, and manage employee training from a web-based platform. In addition, the software is designed to be configured to your organization. Hope this helps.

We use GoToMeeting and GoToWebinar to provide our training as well as in person to our clients. These are successful utilities for conducting and recording the trainings.

However we use a SQL based CRM system to track our customers and I was looking for a web-based scheduling tool for the client to schedule their own training. If we can import the info into the SQL CRM at some point that would be helpful, but at the moment we are just trying to handle the volume. I have two employees scheduling each client with phone calls and email. The clients' needs vary greatly, and we are in need of a flexible scheduling program.
