I am trying to do a little research. Our HR department is looking for online and classroom training for new managers. Specifically, employment/unemployment law, FMLA, etc. Instead of creating from scratch, I believe their are programs we can purchase. I am looking content I can purchase and then modify to incorporate into other programs we currently offer.

Has anyone had experience with this? Anyone have a recommendation?

I think I may be able to help you with this. Within our consulting business, we receive a lot of requests for this type of work and have closely partnered with an HR firm that specializes in this area (Training HR principles and law to staff).

Can I get a better understanding of what you are looking for?
A few questions:

What topics are you looking for (Harassment, FMLA, FLSA, Workers Comp, ADA, etc?)

Are you looking for this to be facilitated or do you want to just purchase the materials?

Who is the audience (Supervisors, Managers, HR Staff)? The reason I ask is because different levels of Supervision require different levels of knowledge.

I see you requested online materials, are you looking for e-learning/CBT's?

Are you looking for a comprehensive training course or an out of the box solution like software?

I am not sure. I want something that I can edit, to include our company policies, documents, etc.

What have you used? What do you recommend?

Maybe contact the American Payroll Association. They have alot of training programs that have this content.
