We currently have a list of our offerings on paper in a grid by audience target (manager, sales, etc.). We also have an on-line catalog in our LMS that groups the classes by topic, but it is not user friendly.

Since there is no local and user friendly way to know what is in our stable of offerings, our co-workers don't know what is available to them.

For 2008 we will be developing ways to deliver our 'catalog' of live/online/podcasts to everyone, offer learning tracks, and catagorize these as Level 1, 2, 3 based on employee experience.

We have an intranet available to us (we control the content), would like to also produce a paper catalog, and possibly a PDF version.

What online catalogs/learning sites, etc do you know of that can serve as references?
What format have you found gets the best user response?
Any other tips you can send my way would be appreciated..
