Hi, I conduct a Management Development Training for New to mid level managers. The program includes "Motivating Your Team' training module and I am lookign for a short facilitated case study discussion 20-30 mintues inlcuding debrief)for this module. I am looking for a case study that will provide participants an apportunity to discuss a managerial situation and find solutions.

I will appreicate if you could give me any suggestions and/or point me to any resource- paid or free.

Try searching past articles of Harvard Business Review. Sometimes they even have a case and then have several authors or business leaders comment on their perspective.

Please read Drive by Daniel Pink... better yet, have THEM read it.
