Hi, I conduct a Management Development Training for New to mid level managers. The program includes "Motivating Your Team' training module and I am lookign for a short facilitated case study discussion 20-30 mintues inlcuding debrief)for this module. I am looking for a case study that will provide participants an apportunity to discuss a managerial situation and find solutions.
I will appreicate if you could give me any suggestions and/or point me to any resource- paid or free.
Try searching past articles of Harvard Business Review. Sometimes they even have a case and then have several authors or business leaders comment on their perspective.
Please read Drive by Daniel Pink... better yet, have THEM read it.
Also - you'll find excellent Daniel Pink videos on YouTube.
(Disclaimer -- I have absolutely NO affiliation with Mr. Pink, his publishers, etc.)
I am also planning to do the same, if in case you find some idea would you mind to share it here so I can get guidelines.
