I have recently started freelancing and need some advice! I am writing a proposal for a client who wants 2 8-hour courses with facilitator/user guides and job aids. She would like detailed guides that can be used by trainers in any of their nationwide locations.

I do not know how to price this out!

My first gig was smaller in scale and I just charged a hourly rate.

I have searched in previous posts for any good information. My apologies if this is a repeat.

This has recently been discussed. Do a search on cost of creating facilitator's guides. However, there was no specific value given in those posts because it depends.........................

I did look at all the posts, and yes there was no specific costs listed. What does it depend on?
I also went to Barnes and Noble to look for the ASTD Sourcebooks you spoke about and there weren't any available. I was hoping to browse through something before purchasing it.
