After doing a complete revamp of our new hire training program, I need to present a plan to roll it out company wide.
Would anyone be willing to share their roll-out plan, experiences, etc. Thanks so much! |

How about a list of things to consider:
-Branding - a new program deserves a new name, look and feel. Brand something to give away. -Marketing - How are you "selling" it? What are the new benefits to your program? -Executive Sponsorship - Make sure your executive understands the benefits of the new program and are proponents of it. -Training - What does HR need to know? Recruiting? Training? Managers? Current employees? -Roll out by team or geography, not all at once. Go with the early adopters first. That way you can build momentum. -Success Measures (new hire surveys, satisfaction, ramp up time). Have those communicated as part of the plan so that employees can see the results early on. I've done this a couple of times. Feel free to reach out if you have any specific questions. |

To expand on Dvsnhd99 said, google for
product launch There are lots of sites about this. The generally acknowledged guru is Jeff Walker. His programs and strategies are designed for releasing commercial products, but internal products can use the strategies just as well. I have met Jeff and know multiple users of his programs. --john |
