Why don't you follow the process from a previous hr training session that you have presented on? That way you can follow what you already know and just add in your own thinking. The other way to approach this would be to write a detailed list of the process from start to finish and then group that list into key areas. Finally, you can make the presentation up by considering the key elements the participants need to know about the hr process. ---------------------------------- For training resources, training course materials, trainers notes, training courses, training games and many other free training tools, visit: http://www.trainerbubble.com . Alma-
You may need to either learn instructional design or hire an instructional designer in order to make this look right and get the knowledge across. When I started getting similar tasks I went to Langevin to learn instructional design. This added a whole new element to my tool kit.
