Has anyone heard any ratios or measures that help to define the approporate size of a training team?

Like:
ratio of trainers/designers to employees or customers?

Thanks

Hi CCLD -- This has come up many times over the years, and what I can tell you is that there are as many responses to this type of question as there are people participating. I think overall, you'll find that there is no magic number because it really depends entirely on your specific situation in your company. It has to do with who is being hired, what they're expected to do, what changes are being made, how often they're being made, how good/bad/ugly is leadership and management, ... I could go on and on. Basic bottom line is that there is no such thing as one person's ratio being the right answer for someone else.

You might find some interesting stuff if you use the Find feature and search on this topic.
