I'm delivering CRM Software training to a group of 25 people and the only available room setup is "classroom" style -- i.e., all desks forward. Any suggestions on group activities for this kind of setup? I'm trying to avoid complicated activities or the need for everyone to move around.

I have several training games and activities of this nature on my website www.trainerbubble.com, they are all free.
I specifically suggest you take a look at our PowerPoint tools, which include 'Catchphrase', 'Who wants to be a Millionaire' and 'The Weakest Link'. As another quick suggestion, you might like to use activities that are more 'vocal'. Unless you're afraid of people tripping over wires (often a scenario in computer training facilities), please be kind to your learners and DO have them move around now and then. Do stuff that they must do by drawing/writing stuff on flip charts or flip chart paper taped up to the wall. Because you're in a boring, traditional set-up, it behooves you to do things that are unconventional in that space. Keeps learners on their toes and helps create more energy.
