I know this is a strange request, but we recently did a leadership training class and the managers rated themselves on the 12 leadership characteristics (selecting their top two strengths and their two weakest traits). "Patient" was the most commonly selected weak trait. Can we train on that? Has anyone seen any material on it? Thanks.

Let me turn that around and ask you to ask your stakeholders a series of critical thinking questions... Can you objectively evaluate patience? Can you expect someone to take a class and then be patient? Don't most people experience issues with patience? What causes impatience? Are impatient people impatient with everything or only certain situations? What are those situations?

(and on and on...get the idea?)
