This forum is loaded with them. Do a search here on team buillding exercises.

Here's something unique -- design and develop the team building to marry with what your analysis tells you your team needs the most.

I'm sorry to sound smarmy, but free websites/resources and unique don't really go in the same sentence. If you truly want to make an impact, try using your analysis and your creativity to address the needs of the participants.
