I was wondering if anybody knows the total annual training expenditure or budgets for the major O&G companies such as Chevron, Shell and British Petroleum, or where I can get these figures. I'd also like the figure per employee or as a percent of payroll.

Based on companies in other industries, I somehow doubt that they freely share (or are required to share) that level of detailed information with the general public. Have you tried contacting each company?

What will be done with that information when/if one can acquire it?
