Any suggestions on team building ideas? I need one that does not require certification to administer.
Feedback on the Pace Palette would be appreciated.

thanks

I am looking for some teambuilding activities. Something you do not have to be certified to administer. Thoughts about Pace Palette?

Hi Chars -- where have you already looked? There are loads of books about teams and teamwork and team building. What are you having trouble finding? Sometimes it's a question of formulating a good search string so you are able to locate relevant resources (in a book store, on the web or in the library).

Hi Chars,
One of the activities that I had a team do was creating a vision map for their mission statement. I broke them into groups and and each small group drew their mission statement. Then they all picked the one they liked best after they reviewed each one.

I like the idea of what you did with the mission statement. I am in the process of a Training and Development course and I find your idea unique.
