The DoD (Department of Defense) and the uniformed services (Army, Air Force, Navy...et al) have a long standing TWI program in place.
Try a web search first: "military training with industry"...then:

...connect with someone with TWI experience (per
the search results)

or

...Contact Department of Defense (Army in particular)to learn specifics of their program and experiences.

Thanks Verite, but I believe they are two separate programs. I'm looking for someone who has experience implementing the Training Within Industry programs that include job instruction, job relations, and job methods.
