Umm...no. The guidelines for writing a Job Breakdown Sheet are taught in the Job Instruction Training Sessions themselves. This is one of the very reasons why I'm getting my company to adopt this practice, because they don't know how to write a simple reminder for the trainer to do a standardized, excellent training delivery. Currently, the format is a fire hose of information, everything there is to know about the job, but very little about how to do the job safely, correctly and conscientiously. Sorry the late reply, I don't visit the board often...
