Hello - I work for an internal training department in the healthcare industry, and am looking for others in this industry to share best practices. We've found that approaches that are sound for other industries don't work in our highly complex, highly regulated world.

you posted this some time ago,not sure if you still check in. i am based in a hospital, but since i'm relatively new and face a number of challanges, regulations being the least of them, i'm not sure i have any best practices...but i'd love to know what training you deliver and pick up some strategy tips....

I am also new to teaching in the healthcare industry but have been teaching software applications and other techie things to adults for quite a few years in botht he corporate worls and also library field.
I am currently an instructor/instructional designer for a large health system, for the electronic health record application.
