We just purchased 10 one year licenses for www.serviceskills.com. This is the TD online classes. So far so good. I demo'd it for our customer service manager and he really liked it. They come in short bites 10 - 35 minutes, so he could easily spend some time with the videos during meetings. You might want to check this option out if you have mulitiple locations.

Thank you for the continued feedback. We are still shopping for the right customer service skills training, and Telepone Doctor is still one of the least expensive, and appears to be good quality.

question... does this training have to be from an off-the-shelf "big name" vendor?

moltenhalo-- I used some of the Telephone Doctor videos in the last company I worked for. I did not use all the videos (more unused than used), but the ones I did use I liked. They could be a bit dorky at times, but we found it to be a nice change from the other parts of training. The company I am in now doesn't have TD videos, and I have to admit I kind of miss having a couple of them. I went to their website and that option a previous poster mentioned looks good. We have numerous remote sites (unlike one location in my last company) so the on line delivery would work well. Sheri
