I am looking for a vendor to come in to do company-wide program in the area of effective cross-functional collaboration/internal customer service. All employees would go through the program (mangers and employees) so it needs to be targeted to both audiences. The goal of the program is to raise awareness to good tools for cross-functional communication and internal customer service and then apply it in a skills practice area of the training. Right now we are working through parts of our engagement results using a cross-functional committee to recommend solutions with how we solve this silo effect in our company. The committee has recommended a company wide training and skills practice

Factors that affect performance:
1. Skills....can they do it 2. Motivation...do they want to 3. Environment...are the necessary resources, processes, and systems in place to support the desired behavior Sounds like you are working on #1. Don't lose sight of the other two. Otherwise it will be like tossing grass seed on a concrete driveway. |
