Good morning! Many of us have had the request to "teach people to be more friendly". Looking for new and interesting ways to attack this. Every day, every shift, our managers conduct some type of training at their pre-shift meetings, so I'm looking for some suggestions that can either be "quick hit" exercises or can be spread out over a number of days.
