Hello All,

I have been asked to deliver a performance management workshop to both employees and managers at a large private University. The focus of the training is to teach managers how to develop a performance goal (SMART), assess performance using our tool, and encourage behavior that is consistent with best practices in performance management.

We are considering outsourcing with a local vendor; however, we are also considering training our trainers using content and tools that has already been developed (a la Pfeiffer or Media Partners (The Practical Coach)).

Can anyone recommend a package that gets to the heart of application of performance management concepts and practices using a pre-fabbed, out of the box set of materials (video, workbook, etc)??
