I am the trainer for a large Credit Union and I am looking for something creative to call our New Employee Orientation. I am writting a new handbook, and thought it would be interesting to have a theme. Our Mission Statement is "To exceed the expectation of our members" and our Tag line is "With us it's personal". Any ideas out there????

Off the top of my head, when I combine the image of a book with the word 'personal', my first thought is of a journal. There's a leap or two to take to turn a new employee handbook into a journal, of course, but I think that's one direction you could go in. It lends itself to using the handbook as a tool for self-discovery throughout their onboarding period, rather than just a manual for a one-time orientation session.

Another picture that comes to mind as I type is a biography or autobiography - again, capturing the 'personal' theme, but maybe not as well as a journal does.
