Has anyone seen a good sales training program that is geared to employees in non-profits... ie. covering the basic sales competencies but where the "sale" is for the "buyer" to make a donation, participate in a program, become an advocate. Would be very interested in vendor recommendations. THANKS.

I'm not sure this should deviate from 'normal' sales training practices. The ultimate goal is the same, you are just changing the 'product'. The person selling will still need to follow standard sales models and procedures and the close will be identical.

It is a case of adapting any sales training you develop for that specific audience, which is standard procedure.
