I have googled some examples and have a good start, I thought someone could share a finished product that would be more applicable. My staff has a code to follow but as we are relying on more outside resources for teaching ILT's we need to formalize a document and disciplinary procedures. I am the final word on this document, so I wanted as many relevant samples as possible.

I do outside ILT training. The only one I have familiarity with is a client's "business code of ethics". My client provides the outside training so when I say "client" I mean the training company to which I contract.

It deals a lot with non-disclosuere of the client's business, interpersonal behavior (no harassment), no retaliation, conflicts of interest, etc.

I think you want something relating to the relationships between your trainers and their courses/course purchasers/etc. Am I right?

Frankly, if the contract covers expectations clearly and concisely, providing an additional "code of conduct" may be a bit of overkill...and possibly patronizing. I'm assuming you're interviewing these people to ensure they're a good fit and that they're signing a contract that clearly stipulates what the expectations are on both sides. What more do you need? These are professionals who want the business. You don't need to treat them like school children.
