I am interviewing this week for a training consultant position. I need to come up with a topic for a 10-15 minute presentation. Knowing that the audience are all trainers...what are your thoughts on topic choices? I was thinking of presenting on a work topic from my current goverment job. Any advice?

Whatever you present, ensure you involve the audience in some way. If they are trainers, they are likely looking at things from a different perspective. Try and ensure you are inclusive and demonstrate your knowledge.

For this reason, you are likely correct to stick to a topic you know well.
