I just became an ASTD member and is new to Instructional Design. I am very keen on starting with free Webinars and e-Learning courses until I feel I have enough experience to tackle the paid for ones.

I feel very overwhelmed by the ASTD website with a plethora of options, reading material, articles, Webinars etc.

Could someone please point me to a section on the website where I can find free Webinars, Articles and Courses on ID?

I've spent a couple of hours on the website but still battle to find my way around.

OK, I'm bumping this back to the top of the food chain in the hopes that someone can give me some pointers pretty please :-)

As for free articles, there are many around, including those on my web site which addresses design and development of technical (as opposed to sales, management, or personnel development) training.
