I'm not sure if I am posting this in the right place so if this isn't and you know where I should post this could you let me know?

I currently have my Bachelors Degree in Business. I have always had the goal of attaining my Masters Degree but never knew what I wanted to focus on for it. I have been in a training role for a couple years now and I recently ran across two different programs that I was interested in but wasn’t sure what their reputation in the industry are. The main thing that limits me is I need to go online because of time constraints in attending a physical campus.

The first program I found is through University of Phoenix. It is a Masters of Arts in Education/Adult Education and Training. I attained my Bachelors from one of their physical campuses, so I do have some insight into how they work.

The second program I was looking at is through Capella University. It is a Masters of Arts in Education/Training and Development. This program includes a ROI certification and they say they developed their curriculum with the assistance of ASTD.

I appreciate anyone’s input.

Brett

Capella seems to be very well respected. Also Boise State has an online Master's program that is highly regarded.

I have not heard good things about U of Phx.
