I am putting together a fast little teambuilding for an internal team. Most of the team members work remotely and we don't get as much face time as we all would like. All are coming in for a meeting in November.

I thought I would create a survey asking misc. questions. Then we could do a game where we might ask "Who said...." or "Whose childhood nickname was...."
