Thank you so much ,it;s really been a great help.Seems to that the task is huge and would require a lot of effort.Since the domain that I need to write these for is Financial services and insurance the samples that you have hyperlinked will be of great help.Are there any such sites/samples that i can browse through which are realted to writing standards for financial services? The thing is that we are implementing Instructional Designing within the organisation and writing standards are the key to getting standardised outputs from various vendorswho create content for us hence the need to scout around and understand the global standards.Please help
