So I originally posted a request for a blank template for a Strat Plan. Then I read the misunderstanding of the purpose of the message boards and thought about what I had asked..so in the light of learning and listening...

Does anyone have suggestions on what to include a T&D Strat Plan Template for multi-years and for multi-organizations? I have already started building one but if there are any experts in the field of building a strat plan for multi-companies I would appreciate the advice.
