We are in the process of implementing a new LMS. My manager has asked me to draft SOPs for the following roles:

Hello, we don't have a formal SOP but here are some definitions:
Learner: accesses classroom and e-learning to register for and complete training and education. Instructor: delivers classroom and on-line instruction and provides feedback on learning outcomes (successful/not successful.) Manager: reviews employee learning record for compliance with requirements and learning development. Administrator: sets guidelines and requirements for LMS use. Maintains system according to guidelines, may train/monitor other administrators and managers on system access and features. Hope this helps! |
