I am looking for Corporate University guides, documentation or charters that I may be able to use as a template. I'm looking for documentation around philosophy, processes, policies, etc. I know many companies keep their documents confidential, but if anyone has anything they could share or knows of any online resources I would appreciate it greatly! Have you looked into the resources available from Corporate Learning Officer magazine? They often have good articles from which you can gleen this sort of information.

I believe your gut instinct is correct -- this sort of information is not readily shared because it is proprietary. Additionally, though - think of the individuals who worked hard to create that documentation for their companies. Should they hand it over for free? I'm not so sure about that.
