Hello there. I was wondering if any of you have a group activity that focuses on the importance of recognizing the different family situations people have. This is not diversity related, but more understanding how the needs of our families impacts our work.

I have an idea I'm working on (deals with everyone bringing in photos of a loved one and discussing how that person is important to them). If anyone has read Love 'Em or Lose 'Em, I'm trying to focus on the Family: Get Friendly piece.
