This sounds a lot like Starpower. Let me know if this sounds like what you are hearing about. The debriefing is critical with this one (as it often is, but this takes a bit longer).

I appreciate your insight though it's not my place to "forget it" as he's my client and I will do my best to accomodate his needs. It's not a matter of disrespect but rather that he's a very busy individual and felt he had already expressed what he knows to his admin, who in turn attempted to share with me. He hasn't declined meeting with me - we're working on that - just that I'm attempting to do my best to figure out what he was looking for.

erinranae, Since you state you will meet with him IF his Admin can get you on his calendar, it seems to me that he has no respect. If he really thought this activity was as important as he "acts," there would be no question about setting up a meeting with him. He's not that busy - not if this is important. That's why I say forget it. But since you say you cannot forget it, I would not waste anymore time trying in vain to figure this out. Wait until your meeting and then ask him the questions suggested by LoveLearning.
