Quick question: we want to find a new way to describe the "peer mentor" we assign at onboarding because it can be confused with a "career mentor" that an employee may get at a later time. I would love some ideas on what other terms are being used in your programs. I have heard: peer buddy, peer liason, and peer coach but would like to know if anyone has any other ideas. Thank you.
