My instructional designer has created very effective flip cards for a recent training initiative that we were involved in related to an ITM upgrade. I've seen these types of cards attached to a plastic apparatus and affixed to the side of a PC monitor but am looking for vendors who may supply the plastic apparatus (and print the flip cards). I've checked 1 vendor and they will only create 'sets' (thereby eliminating the flexibility of adding a card with new information or removing a card with outdated information). Does anyone have experience in creating this type of training tool who could recommend a quality vendor to partner with?

I haven't seen one of those in ages...

If I were you, I'd take a sample one to a large commercial printer and ask if they can do them or send them out to be done. If you want tabs on them, that requires what's called a die to cut the paper and not every printer has the proper size (they are very expensive to have custom made). It is likely that the printer will have access to specialty printers who can do the work.

You could spend a lot of time searching for specialty printers, but asking a local printer is probably faster.
