Hey guys,
I just established a new QA unit for an IT department for a big Organization (IT QA only, not the whole organization). However, this QA unit will be evaluating (KPI … etc) the Quality of the Service Desk, Application unit (Developers), Operations unit (Netwrok, Security, DBA ... etc. and at the end of the project, they asked us to assign some training to the QA unit employees to be able to make the unit function(QA Head, and specialists). So guys do you have any suggestions on the type of training I should be looking for? (Possible searches may relate to ISO 21000 standard, ITIL and COBIT)? Are there any specific courses that I should look for? Regards, and thanks in advance This message has been edited. Moe, you may want to direct your question to IT professionals working in the same field. Although I am sure there are training and development professionals who have handled this type of issues, your question is more IT related. You may want to contact the provider that sold you the software and they will be able to provide training advice. I am sure the vendor who sold you the software has a list of consultants prepared to teach any course in your highly technical field.
