Hello,
I am trying to create a standardized training plan that can be utilized to roll out any upcoming trainings. Does any one have any examples of templates that they have used to create a training plan? I have identified that steps that need to be taken, but wanted to arrange the plan in a more structured way. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance, Natalia |

Hi -- I think an interesting learning opportunity for all of us would be for you to post the steps you've identified in whatever order you currently have and we can all post ideas for how to structure it. That would also give people an opportunity to see your ideas for what belongs in a training plan and make suggestions for what to add, move around, or delete.
Seems like a win/win arrangement to me. |
