Learning Path, I am not a bit surprised about the demand for your facilitator's template. Its a skill in great need and very difficult to master.
Curious how important trends sometimes elude us all and emerge in even more curious fashion.

I'm curious about how these are used. I have no issues if it is something made specifically to help guide an experienced facilitator, but I do have a problem with writing instructor guides for the purposes of perpetuating the assumption that anyone can facilitate a class given the right manual.
