While working as the training manager for a non-profit in Missouri, I was fortunate to use a video program titled "Bad Apples: How to Deal with Difficult People." The scenarios in the video and the accompanying handouts were effective in providing supervisors with tools and communication skills to let the problem employee(s) know that disruptive behaviors will not be tolerated and they risked being terminated if they were unable to model beneficial team behavior.
