I am in the process of formulating a development matrix, by level, for my organization and wanted to know if others have samples I can review. Not every individual within a level will be required to attend every training offered, rather training will be geared to fill the gaps/prepare the individual for advancement within the organization. Levels we are trying to apply this concept include: Non-exempt appropriate for promotion, Coordinators, Supervisors, Managers, Directors and VPs. Any samples you can provide would be great.
