Hello,
I'm looking for suggestions for vendors to use who can teach trainers how to write an effective Facilitator Guide and Participant Guide. Any suggestions please respond.
Thanks,
Melanie

I can do this rather quickly and inexpensively. Part of the key is to go beyond just a basic train-the-trainer and include some one on one coaching that includes reviewing trainers work. Here's my contact information:

Melanie,

You don't need a vendor for this. A good trainer can simply look at ASTD's Training Source series - for example, the one on team building - and follow the pattern presented there. That series was very popular with trainers because of the simplicity of the presentation materials and ease of use. Or there are plenty of other guides that can be used as a template - just pick one you like. Your trainers don't need to reinvent the wheel. (I'm assuming that you are wanting your trainers to write Facilitator's Guides and participant manuals for a variety of subjects - and not a train-the-trainer course.)

Hi Kalilko,
Where are these Training Source series materials available? They sound like a great resource.

On a related topic, there are a number of videos on train-the-trainer.

Try distributors like www.trainingabc.com, www.business-marketing.com, and www.atsmedia.com.
Good luck!
