We are designing a session about performance goal setting, and will talk about SMART or SMARTEST goal setting to the general staffs. Do you have any ideas to conduct this boring theory through a funny, or live methodology? Thanks! ...

You could make the goal they are setting an amusing one and then get them to follow the SMART principles to achieve it.

You bring life to theory by having people actively involved in using it. Most people already know what it means to set goals, you're just providing a framework in which they can do so. While designing this workshop, keep asking yourself "what do the LEARNERS need to say/do" instead of "what does this instructor need to say/do"
