Maybe e-learning is not the best solution for your training. But you still can have a try. Try rapid e-learning, which is fast and easy to deploy.

You can just make some related PowerPoint presentations and put them on the Web pages of your intranet. I suggest make all files into Flash to present online. It's really easy and fast for your software training. Why not have a try?

Andrea, I think you are right at looking at options, and then you can chose the best solution for you and your company. I ahve a couple fo friends who have libaries of off the shelf courses. I believe I can get them to make a couple available to you for review and no costs. no promises but they have done that for others.
