Anyone out there with experience using Sum Total for Talent Management- including as an LMS tool? Our organization is looking at Sum Total, Success Factors, and Plateau. Sum Total is our current front runner.

My company uses Sum Total and we have been very disappointed all around, plus it is very expensive. I'd keep looking and eliminate Sum Total from your list.
stetsonbu- Do you use Sum Total for Performance Management and Learning Management? Beyond cost, what has been disappointing? Usability? Integration with eLearning content? Reporting? Flexibility?

Use for Learning Mgmt. It is about average with content integration and below average in usability. It can be difficult to navigate. This is just our experience with the system, could be different for others, but doubt it.
